Well let’s talk about May.
- I started and finished a summer course. A semester of Economics in fourteen teaching days. Jeez Louise.
- Relished having a balcony on which I have started growing rosemary, basil, sage, aloe, carrots and spinach.
- Discovered the things I miss the most are books and photography. The reading might have to wait, but I’m working on a weekly blog project that will let me get back into the photography a bit.
- Rediscovered my love of Veronica Mars.
- Continued to not understand boys and their fascination with sports statistics. statistics, people.
- Affirmed and fed my enjoyment in crosswords.
- Landed a job within 5 minutes walking distance from my apartment.
My family is coming to visit soon, and although I’ll be juggling work and school I’m excited to see them, and have them stay with me. It’s times like these that you realize you are growing up a bit, when your parents bring suitcases and extra towels to your place.
